What I'm looking for

I'm looking to operate and improve high-availability cloud platforms where I can lead reliability practices, automate operational work, strengthen observability, and make production systems more resilient through systemic engineering fixes.

I've operated high-availability, customer-facing platforms at TekDexSMC, DinCloud, VirtualWorld, and UbiquifyDigital across AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, and on-premises environments. I carry production on-call, lead incident command and postmortems, define SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets, and turn recurring failures into systemic fixes through automation.

Most recently, I operated a shared EKS, AKS, and GKE platform running 200+ microservices, reduced recurring incidents by approximately 30%, and prepared capacity for 2026 FIFA World Cup demand without user-visible degradation. I've delivered GitOps release workflows, observability platforms, multi-cloud migrations, PCI DSS, SOC 2, and HIPAA controls, and production data services including MongoDB, Redis, and PostgreSQL.
