I’m a Senior DevOps Engineer and Site Reliability practitioner with 10+ years in IT infrastructure and 5+ years building production cloud systems on Azure and AWS. I focus on Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, and GitOps to deliver safe, repeatable releases across multi-environment pipelines.

In my most recent role, I owned production incident readiness and observability end-to-end, including Datadog dashboards/alert policies for 15+ microservices and log pipelines with Kibana/ELK—tuning thresholds to reduce noise and MTTR. I’ve coordinated hotfix delivery for high-severity incidents, triaged with developers and testers, scoped blast radius, and pushed targeted fixes through accelerated pipeline stages.

I also lead automation that teams depend on—Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) provisioning and lifecycle management across two regions, Ansible fleet configuration at scale, and PowerShell/Python scripts that replace manual runbooks. I bring a production-ownership mindset, comfortable shipping automation “the rest of the engineering team depends on.”
