I’ve spent 5+ years operating production cloud infrastructure at scale across AWS, GCP, and Azure, with a reliability engineering focus on incident response, runbooks, MTTR reduction, high availability, and disaster recovery. At TCP Software, I’ve operated ECS/EKS/RDS/Lambda/SQS/SNS and owned production PostgreSQL and OpenSearch under sustained load.

I build and harden the delivery and reliability systems around that work: Terraform modules for reusable infrastructure, GitHub Actions/AWS CodePipeline CI/CD pipelines, and GitOps with ArgoCD. I’ve also architected Kubernetes microservices platforms, tuned autoscaling for traffic spikes, and integrated quality gates (SonarCloud) to keep defects out of production.
