I’m a Senior Executive, Academic Leader, and Consultant with 10+ years leading organisational development, people operations, finance, and international programme management. As Chief Executive Officer of NovaSight Analytics, I founded and lead consultancy and training in data analytics, artificial intelligence, financial modelling, research, and digital transformation—setting corporate strategy, building partnerships, and installing governance and performance monitoring systems.
