@mantobayemoundigbaye
I design rural transformation programs, economic models, and partnerships grounded in data, community leadership, and endogenous finance.
What I'm looking for
I lead research and cooperation at ISSEA in Yaounde, coordinating annual surveys of more than 3,000 households, producing regional transport analysis, and contributing to statistical harmonization across CEMAC. I also teach economics and econometrics across undergraduate and graduate programs.
I designed PIDRE-Chad as a systemic rural transformation model built on the Social and Solidarity Economy, endogenous finance, and Public-Private-Community Partnerships. My work includes cooperative finance, impact evaluation, macroeconomic forecasting, policy advice, and the development of the Territorial Resilience Index.
