I am an MBA-trained financial and business consultant with over four years of progressive experience in consulting and corporate leadership, fluent in English and French. I focus on delivering measurable operational efficiency and financial growth across NGOs, private firms and complex projects.

As Chief Financial and Operating Officer at FRI Consulting LTD, I lead strategic financial planning, oversee accounting, budgeting and forecasting, manage contracts, and supervise lead consultants to align operations with company goals. I routinely perform risk assessments and maintain cross-functional collaboration with global partners.

Previously I managed higher education development and international cooperation at Globus Education Systems, expanding business activities into Rwanda, negotiating and signing multiple university partnerships, and drafting project budgets. In private consulting I provided accounting guidance under OHADA and IFRS, management control and internal audit support, negotiated bank financing and advised foreign investors in the mining sector.

I combine ERP familiarity (Oracle, Taleo, SAP SuccessFactors), Power BI and QuickBooks competency with strong project writing and management, communication and problem-solving skills. I am proactive, adaptable and driven to apply my expertise to solve complex financial and business challenges.
