What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a client-service role in a fast-paced agency where I can manage accounts, coordinate teams, resolve complaints fast, and improve customer satisfaction through proactive communication and strong relationship management.

I’m a customer-focused professional with experience in client relations, service delivery, and account support in fast-paced agency environments. I’m known for managing client inquiries, resolving issues quickly, and maintaining long-term customer relationships using empathy, active listening, and clear communication.

In my current role as Assistant Brand Manager – Client Service Focused, I serve as the primary point of contact for multiple high-value client accounts. I coordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver client projects on time, manage client expectations with regular updates, and proactively address concerns to ensure seamless service experiences.

Before this, I worked as a Brand Executive – Client Relations & Account Support, where I was a day-to-day liaison between clients and internal teams, handled feedback and follow-ups, and supported account growth through consistent relationship management. Earlier roles as Social Media Manager and Community Manager strengthened my ability to monitor customer feedback, escalate issues appropriately, and use social listening to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
