I coordinate flight reservations, hotels, car rentals, tours, excursions, and special-event packages while managing ticketing from fare quotation through reissues and cancellations.

Across Akabisfly, Slint Fly, and Zeenat Travels and Tours, I've handled high-volume phone and email requests, resolved fare disputes and booking conflicts, and kept clients moving through flight changes and disruptions. I focus on calm de-escalation, accurate documentation, and end-to-end issue ownership that protects repeat business and referrals.

I've also built tailored vacation itineraries, cross-sold travel services, negotiated with suppliers, and used social media to grow visibility, leads, and bookings.
