What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a production or application support role where I can monitor critical banking systems, resolve incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate across application, database, and infrastructure teams.

I support HDFC Bank’s SIMDOX document and loan case management system through WNP Tech, monitoring applications and batch processes that support business operations.

I investigate case creation, data-mapping, API, and job-failure incidents using Oracle SQL, Postman, AutoSys, Linux logs, and IBM MQ. I also validate dependencies, perform health checks, and monitor CPU, memory, and disk utilization.

I manage production support through ServiceNow, coordinate with application, database, and infrastructure teams during critical incidents, and prepare RCA reports to improve service reliability.
