I've supported Capital One Auto Finance applications at Wipro Technologies, helping keep loan origination, approval, boarding, and customer servicing systems running in production.
I manage WebLogic domains and clusters, JDBC connection pools and data sources, messaging services, security resources, deployments, and environment configuration across Oracle WebLogic, BEA WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, Unix, and Windows servers. I investigate logs, thread dumps, JVM dumps, resource usage, and build issues while supporting releases, rollouts, change orders, bridge calls, and incident resolution.
I also supported PepsiCo as a UAM Admin, creating, amending, terminating, and provisioning UNIX/AIX user accounts and completing Alpha-to-GPID conversions. My work earned Feather In My Cap awards for the conversion project, faster incident resolution, mentoring new resources, and taking on additional responsibilities.
Earlier at KPLUS Solutions, I organized technical documentation, reports, records, technical data, and design specifications as a Technical Writer and Data Analyst.
