At Lennox National Account Services, I manage subcontractor operations across the country, coordinating 77 vendors for preventive maintenance and emergency HVAC services in remote markets. I quote and bill completed work, helped improve results from a $660K loss to $500K profit in one year, and achieved a $6M sales budget for 2025.

Previously, I supported Lennox’s Vice President and General Manager while maintaining 93 state HVAC and contractor licenses, assisting 120 managers with permitting and licensing, and managing a fleet of 793 vehicles. I also coordinated large company events for 400 people and managed commercial HVAC installation projects from timeline planning through completion.

My operations background also includes restaurant and retail leadership, where I improved inventory costs, trained and onboarded teams, supported new restaurant openings, and maintained strong guest satisfaction results.
