What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote role where I support customers, manage schedules and emails, and handle high-volume queries. I work independently, adapt quickly to new CRMs, and value clear communication with teams and communities.

I’m a motivated, detail-oriented professional seeking roles in customer support, virtual assistance, and business management. With strong written and verbal communication in English and Urdu, I focus on helping people resolve issues quickly and professionally.

As a Student Ambassador & Community Manager (remote/volunteer), I guided and supported 800+ students across diverse backgrounds and founded and manage a WhatsApp community of 800+ members. I respond to assignment, deadline, and academic guidance concerns like a live help desk, coordinate announcements, moderate discussions, and ensure timely follow-up.

I also build audience trust through content work—creating career-focused posts with Canva and producing educational YouTube content (captions, visuals, and scheduling).
