What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a hands-on role engineering secure, high-availability Microsoft infrastructure. I want to lead deployments and migrations (AD/PKI/Exchange), use proactive monitoring to prevent outages, and combine technical execution with strong operational ownership.

I’m a Microsoft System Engineer specializing in the engineering, deployment, and optimization of mission-critical enterprise infrastructures. I bring a hands-on approach to managing complex domain architectures and building high-availability Microsoft ecosystems.

Since 05/2024, I’ve been configuring and maintaining enterprise-level Microsoft systems for Israel Defense Forces Intelligence, including Active Directory, PKI, ADFS, and Exchange. I manage three separate domain infrastructures supporting 30,000+ users, ensuring secure and efficient operations.

I proactively monitor systems to detect and address performance issues early, protecting uninterrupted service availability. I also played a part in a large-scale migration of core enterprise products across separate vCenter instances—combining strategic project management with hands-on technical execution.

Previously, as a UC Administrator & Help Desk (10/2021–05/2024), I managed end-to-end Unified Communications environments for 20,000+ end users, maintaining 24/7 VoIP and collaboration uptime. I led 35+ War Room operations and managed lifecycle activities for three Data Centers, covering installation, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise switches, routers, and network assets.
