Dynamic Asia Pacific & Europe Manager with a passion for challenges.

United Kingdom

What I'm looking for

I seek a role that challenges my skills in management and strategy while fostering a collaborative and innovative company culture.

I am a dynamic and autonomous entrepreneur with a strong engineering background and extensive experience in managing operations across Asia Pacific and Europe. Currently, I serve as the Asia Pacific & Europe Manager at Piercan in the United Kingdom, where I have successfully rebuilt the distributor network in Northern Europe and managed key accounts. My role involves overseeing both Piercan and Plastunion brands, focusing on customer relations, technical support, and marketing strategies.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a consistent ability to drive sales growth and foster international collaboration. Notably, I increased the European Annual Sales Turnover by 20% in 2022 and achieved a remarkable 48% growth in the APAC region. My multicultural communication skills and leadership in managing shareholders have been pivotal in transitioning Piercan Group from a family-owned company to a financially robust entity.

With a solid foundation in engineering and a keen interest in different cultures, I am always looking for new challenges that allow me to leverage my skills in market analysis, strategy building, and team mentoring. I am committed to continual growth and maintaining strong relationships with customers across diverse markets.
