At IFSI-USA, I direct after-school, youth empowerment, music, and family-centered initiatives across multiple sites, aligning programs with community needs while leading staffing, budgets, partnerships, compliance, and reporting.

I also teach online English for English for New Bostonians and have delivered ESOL instruction at Massasoit Community College, helping multilingual adult learners build workplace, academic, and everyday communication skills through practical, culturally responsive lessons.

Across education, consulting, and operations roles, I've developed curriculum, coached teams, used data to improve services, and strengthened relationships with families, schools, funders, and community partners.
