What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead equity-centered instructional improvement, professional learning, and organizational change with schools, districts, or state partners.

At Teaching Lab, I lead large-scale instructional improvement and capacity-building initiatives with district and state partners, co-designing goals, strategy, and implementation plans aligned to their priorities.

I've progressed from Partnerships Manager to Director of Design & Partnerships and now Senior Director, Program, coaching leaders and coordinating Design, Partnerships, Research, and People teams to deliver equitable, sustainable professional learning systems. I use quantitative and qualitative data to monitor impact, refine implementation, and drive continuous improvement.

Previously, I facilitated research-based learning with LearnZillion/EL Education and led instructional coaching, teacher development, assessment cycles, and schoolwide academic priorities as Dean of Instruction at Nova Pioneer and Brownsville Ascend Charter School.

My foundation is in early childhood literacy, teacher development, family engagement, and data-informed classroom instruction, beginning as a founding Kindergarten Teacher in New Orleans through Teach For America.
