I lead equity-centered instructional improvement and professional learning partnerships for schools, districts, and state agencies.
What I'm looking for
At Teaching Lab, I lead large-scale instructional improvement and capacity-building initiatives with district and state partners, co-designing goals, strategy, and implementation plans aligned to their priorities.
I've progressed from Partnerships Manager to Director of Design & Partnerships and now Senior Director, Program, coaching leaders and coordinating Design, Partnerships, Research, and People teams to deliver equitable, sustainable professional learning systems.
