At Cypress Hills LDC, I lead a portfolio of six sector-based training programs serving 360 New Yorkers annually, analyze operations, and help shape strategy as part of the Senior Management Team.

Previously, I directed CHAMPION Network for 60 young adults annually, aligned credentials and internships with labor-market demand, and managed workforce strategy, curriculum, budgets, contracts, and multidisciplinary teams. My background also includes adult education, ESOL, ABE, ESL instruction, competency mapping, and elementary classroom teaching.
