What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a leadership role where I can scale high-impact after-school and enrichment programs, strengthen staff development and community partnerships, and use data to improve attendance, enrollment, and student outcomes within a mission-driven school network.

I lead strategic oversight of after-school and summer programming, serving 200+ students across 3 campuses while ensuring compliance with grant, licensing, and regulatory requirements. I manage budgets exceeding $200,000 and develop high-performing teams by supervising and coaching 20 full-time and part-time staff.

Across charter school settings, I’ve scaled enrichment and expanded learning programs—supporting 300+ students as an Assistant Principal and 800+ students across 4 campuses as an Enrichment Director. I bring a data-driven operations mindset, building performance tracking systems that improved attendance, enrollment, and retention through continuous improvement, family engagement, and community partnerships.
