At Boston Public Schools, I ran the Exam School Initiative Summer Program at Boston Latin School, supervising daily operations for a program serving 200+ students. I recruited, hired, and managed 30 educators and administrators, and assisted with ELA and math curriculum development.
I also analyzed qualitative and quantitative data for impact reporting and maintained attendance records in Aspen Student Information System. Across the district, I facilitated professional development on racial and complex trauma and anti-racism in schools.
At HopeWell Inc., I designed and implemented Structured Literacy Routines using an Orton-Gillingham approach. I administered and analyzed literacy and social-emotional assessments while supporting students and their families.
My earlier work included coordinating programs at Heading Home and Advocates for Youth, supporting families and youth through shelter services, sexual education programs, and partner training. As an Educator at Boston Public Schools, I supported classroom instruction and students with disabilities.
