My work spans global talent acquisition, executive search, recruiting strategy, and coach-network development. Before my current role, I recruited technical talent at Affinity and managed client and recruiting relationships at Talentcor and S.i. Systems.
Alongside my corporate career, I've run a global private coaching practice since 2011. I coach professionals on leadership growth, career transitions, professional positioning, and careers across cultures.
My perspective is shaped by living and working across Brazil, Australia, and Canada, as well as graduate study in Coaching Psychology. I bring psychology, coaching, and global talent experience to helping people find purpose, connection, growth, and impact.
