I’m looking for a role where I can blend talent acquisition, HR advisory, and career coaching—partnering with leaders and community stakeholders to expand employment opportunities, support newcomers and vulnerable populations, and use HRIS tools effectively.

I’m an experienced Talent Partner and Human Resources professional with over 12 years of experience supporting employees, candidates, and leaders across international development, nonprofit, healthcare, engineering, technology, and corporate sectors. I’m known for conducting individual career conversations to identify strengths, barriers, career aspirations, and development opportunities—then translating those insights into practical guidance, labour market insight, and job search strategies that support meaningful, long-term outcomes.

In my roles as Head HR, People Operations Lead Partner, Human Resources Business Partner (Consultant), and HR & Organizational Effectiveness Coordinator, I’ve built trusting relationships across diverse cultures, including newcomers and vulnerable populations.
