What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an entry-level remote customer support or customer operations role where I can own customer cases, build CRM and ticketing experience, and contribute through empathetic communication, troubleshooting, and clear documentation.

I'm transitioning from pharmacology into remote customer support, bringing two years of direct customer-facing sales experience from a family footwear retail business.

In self-directed customer support simulations, I've handled billing disputes, refunds, delivery investigations, technical troubleshooting, account security concerns, and frustrated customers. I use a clear workflow: understand the issue, gather information, troubleshoot, resolve or escalate, and document the case.
