I scaled a privately held U.S. wholesale distribution company from approximately US$40K in annual turnover in 2020 to approximately US$12M in 2024, while personally directing procurement, inventory, logistics, fulfillment, pricing, and commercial relationships.

I manage domestic and international sourcing end to end, from demand assessment and supplier negotiation through purchase orders, receiving, discrepancy resolution, and delivery coordination. I use QuickBooks/Intuit and Microsoft Excel to maintain operational control across vendor bills, invoicing, A/R, A/P, reporting, and inventory.

I also founded ChatMajlis, a multilingual AI WhatsApp front-desk platform for restaurants, clinics, hospitality, and service businesses. I translate missed messages, slow follow-up, and fragmented workflows into practical customer journeys, automation, bookings, enquiry capture, payment links, and human handoff.
