I’m looking for an operations-and-partnerships role where I can own process improvement, cost control, and cross-border coordination. I want a fast-paced, founder-led environment with room to build frameworks, scale delivery, and strengthen client relationships.

I’m a commercially driven operations and partnerships professional with hands-on experience in operational coordination, supplier management, and cross-border business development. I’m trilingual in Arabic, French, and English, and I thrive in fast-paced, founder-led environments where adaptability and ownership matter more than job titles.

In my current role as Operations & Partnerships Lead, I founded an operations consultancy that supports SMEs with business operations structure, process improvement, and growth execution. I built operational frameworks covering cost control, client acquisition, and service delivery, and I manage client outreach, business meetings, and escalation handling.

Previously, as Apollo (Outbound Prospecting) Head of International Relations, I coordinated operations across flights, accommodation, transport, and client support during high-demand Hajj & Omra seasons—working directly with airlines, hotels, and ground partners. Earlier, as Operations Lead, I delivered operational improvement projects across logistics, healthcare, real estate, retail, and pharmaceutical sectors, helping clients reduce costs, improve margins, and streamline billing cycles.
