What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead logistics, transportation, fleet, distribution, or supply chain operations where I can scale teams, improve KPIs, optimize routes and costs, and maintain strong service and safety standards.

I launched and ran a high-volume Amazon Prime sortation center in New Jersey, managing 240+ employees and more than 420 daily delivery routes. Through workflow redesign, quality controls, and route planning, I improved operational efficiency from 80% to 98% in three months.

At Ice Freight LLC, I led 15 brokers and dispatchers and managed 28 company drivers and owner-operators across USA and Canada freight operations. I increased monthly revenue by 20% by improving route planning, asset utilization, transportation coordination, and empty-mile reduction.

I bring hands-on experience in last-mile delivery, dispatch, carrier negotiations, fleet compliance, KPI reporting, and operational scaling. I also apply my client advisory, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in Dubai real estate.
