I've led full-cycle recruiting for Naz Halal Restaurant Group / Enterprise Recruitment and Intrexon Corporation, sourcing technical, finance, operational, and professional talent. I managed 35–40 concurrent requisitions monthly and reduced the average requisition load from 35 to 15 through efficient sourcing and process optimization.

At Intrexon, I recruited IT and software talent including Software Engineers, Application Developers, and Systems Support candidates. I partnered with hiring managers to clarify requirements, coordinate technical screens, manage interviews, and support offers and onboarding.

As a Google Project Management Apprentice with Google Code Next, I created onboarding workflows and SOPs, coordinated technical and educational projects, and supported a web-based registration application. I used Agile and Scrum practices to manage timelines, dependencies, blockers, and stakeholder updates.

I'm currently coordinating inventory, purchasing, vendor, and supply-chain workflows across a multi-location restaurant operation, using data, reporting, forecasting, and standardized processes to keep operations moving.
