What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build end-to-end digital products where I can improve customer conversion and retention, launch zero-to-one platforms, and lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, analytics and operations.

At Spencer's Retail, I run Jiffy and Nature's Basket end to end, from catalogue, search and checkout to lifecycle and last-mile operations. I've improved buyer conversion from 19% to 28%, launched Nature's Basket quick commerce from zero, and built products including SageAI, Jiffy Ads Platform, an in-house engagement platform, and a Pick, Pack and Dispatch app.

Previously, I grew users and GMV at Pharmarack through CRM, incentivisation and field programmes, and at BrightCHAMPS I redesigned teacher payouts, built a parent-teacher meeting product, and unified four customer platforms to improve retention.
