I'm currently leading Production Engineering at IDFC FIRST Bank, supporting business-critical banking applications with a focus on availability, stability, performance, reliability, and production readiness.
Across IDFC FIRST Bank, IndusInd Bank, and HDFC Bank, I've owned production support lifecycles spanning monitoring, incident and problem management, RCA, releases, post-production stabilization, and SLA/SLO-driven major incident resolution.
I've supported regulatory reporting through CRISIL Fulkrum, Pentaho, and PySpark, along with CIMS, SFMS, Sankalan, IDEAL, CRMNext, and Newgen applications. I coordinate closely with Business, Risk, Compliance, Technology, Operations, vendors, and delivery teams to resolve issues and implement regulatory changes.
I use GoCD, Jenkins, Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic/ELK, and Dynatrace to automate deployments, improve observability, reduce manual operations, and strengthen application reliability. I also manage projects from requirements through go-live and stabilization.
