As a Senior Manager – Program Management at upGrad, I built scalable operating frameworks and growth initiatives delivering 25% QoQ business growth, and I led the Referral & Repeat Business function contributing 29% revenue from referrals and 13% from repeat business through growth, retention, customer engagement, webinars, and targeted marketing initiatives.

Earlier, at Myntra (Flipkart Group), I delivered 30%+ GMV growth through performance marketing, CRM, merchandising, customer engagement, and retention—owning end-to-end campaign planning across CRM, onsite merchandising, push notifications, email, and paid channels, improving CTR by 18% and conversion by 12% through personalization, A/B testing, and journey optimization.
