I seek roles owning GTM, partnerships or revenue operations where I can lead cross-functional teams, scale partnerships, and drive measurable revenue and retention improvements.

I am a strategy- and growth-focused program manager with ~5 years' experience operating at the intersection of GTM, partnerships and revenue operations, holding an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.

I have led end-to-end partner relationships and cross-functional initiatives with CXOs, product and engineering to deliver scalable business solutions, including designing SLA frameworks and operating models while onboarding 10+ D2C partners.

In recent roles I built CRM and BI dashboards, implemented an AI-enabled customer success health scorecard, and drove market expansion that scaled revenue to ₹10 Cr monthly and improved retention and forecast accuracy.

I combine structured problem solving, stakeholder management and bias for action to own revenue and KPI outcomes, reduce onboarding costs, and standardize processes that improve partner throughput and long-term retention.
