At SoftTeco, I work hands-on across client products, from a B2B SaaS platform for client portals to learning, parking, healthcare, and e-commerce products. On the client portal platform, I worked directly with the founder and was the only engineer, rebuilding a repeating-records feature and consolidating two PDF engines.
I reduced generated PDFs from 86 MB to 2.9 MB and addressed phone timeouts by finding the hardcoded limit behind them. I also fixed issues in AI-generated code and added company-scoped access rules across 25+ data entities.
On a healthcare social platform, I led a frontend team of three through an MVP and its release. I raised WCAG AA compliance from about 40% to 100% and reduced the JavaScript bundle by about three times.
Before software development, I worked in marketing and product ownership at SKODA Belarus, launching business products and writing requirements for contractors. I enjoy working directly with founders and teams to turn requests into clear scope, agree on trade-offs, and ship products end to end.
