I’m a Technical Support Specialist & Operations Support with hands-on experience managing shipments, resolving logistical issues, and coordinating with internal teams. I take ownership of ticket resolution, meet response times, and produce technical reports with the solutions applied and recommendations.

Before that, I built strong service and communication skills through hotel reception and restaurant roles, handling check-in/check-out, reservations, billing, and customer complaints with a professional, positive attitude. Alongside my work experience, I completed training in Mediación Lingüística (Interpretación y Traducción), and I work confidently across Italian, Spanish, English, and French.
