On a freelance AI automation project, I designed and structured a workflow that transforms long-form videos into short-form social media content, from transcription and narrative selection to audiovisual asset generation. I defined its business rules, data formats, quality controls and validation criteria, and coordinated iterative testing.
At EKKIDEN, I coordinated business analysis for retail projects at LACOSTE and CELINE. For LACOSTE, I supported the Manhattan POS rollout for the NORAM market, planned and executed SIT/UAT activities, and monitored related data flows.
Earlier, at CASTELIS, I managed IT projects and application maintenance services, coordinating teams and deliverables. I also designed and implemented a Prestashop e-commerce website and digital ecosystem at OSCAR ET VALENTINE.
