Product management of a cross-functional data squad; owned the self-service BI platform, its access model, and the data governance operating model. Designed and deployed the full permission architecture for Superset 6.0 and automated the weekly executive reporting chain with a Python suite.

End-to-end management of data product delivery, including requirements gathering and specifications writing, within a unit comprising 3 squads serving 4 business divisions. Managed the data warehouse migration and created 10 dashboards for 200 users.

Improved e-commerce data reliability for orders and catalogues using SQL and Power Query, and designed Power BI reports for operational and business monitoring. Automated daily order data processing and designed a RUN dashboard for real-time monitoring of catalogue statuses.

Managed e-commerce data pipelines for the distribution of 100,000 products across 40 international marketplaces, acting as business/IT interface and coordinating vendors. Achieved a 90% reduction in incident volume and migrated the Trello backlog to Monday.

Gathered business requirements, prepared and automated BI pipelines using Excel and VBA, and produced analytical dashboards in Power BI covering the full data chain. Designed a TRANSACTIONS data model for 50 brokers, generating savings of over 240 man-days per year.

Developed products for brokers' information systems, wrote specifications, coordinated test plans, and tracked operational portfolio and audit recommendations. Delivered strategic partnerships including ASSURUP, generating €100K in online revenue in the first year.

Managed an international Customer Experience program for PSA with 1M interviews per year across 15 languages, supervising 3 team members. Overhauled the online translation module and redesigned a questionnaire, resulting in a 15% increase in completion rate.

Designed and deployed strategic online surveys, processed and analyzed data, and produced reports and executive-level presentations. Deployed a 360° feedback program for EDF, supported a merger for Sanofi Europe, and managed a cultural audit for Linde/Air Products.
