What I'm looking for

Je cherche un rôle technique et opérationnel en ERP/retail où je pilote projets internationaux, assure support N2/N3 et améliore process métier.

Je suis consultant systèmes d’information avec une forte expertise sur les ERP CEGID Y2, OPENPGI et Microsoft Dynamics AX/FO365, spécialisé en retail et e‑commerce.

J’apporte une expérience pratique en support niveau 2/3 international, en paramétrage, migration de données et résolution d’incidents complexes pour des environnements multi‑pays.

Je pilote et coordonne des projets IT retail et e‑commerce (conception, tests, déploiement, formation), avec un historique de déploiements à grande échelle et d’améliorations continues orientées performance opérationnelle.

Je combine compétences techniques (SQL, Oracle, MySQL, webservices, Power BI) et sens du service client pour documenter les processus, former les équipes et garantir la continuité d’exploitation.
