I’m looking to apply my customer service, technical troubleshooting, and training support strengths in a fast-paced, results-driven environment—where clear communication, organization, and teamwork help me deliver excellent customer outcomes.

I’m a BPO-focused customer service professional with over 5 years of expertise in customer service, technical support, and training development. I’m known for resolving complex challenges, improving customer outcomes, and keeping operations organized and responsive.

In my most recent role as a Training Administrative Assistant, I coordinate and schedule training sessions for new hires and existing employees across departments. I also provide calendar management, email correspondence, and documentation support while ensuring compliance with training standards and data confidentiality.

Previously, I worked as a Technical Support Representative and Customer Care Representative, where I troubleshot mobile devices, network issues, apps, and service concerns. I consistently guided customers step-by-step over the phone, handled accounts and billing questions, addressed complaints with fast resolution, and supported loyalty by delivering helpful, positive experiences. I also bring strong admin fundamentals from my earlier experience as a Pharmacy Assistant and DSWD Encoder, including accurate data entry and inventory support with confidentiality in mind.
