I'm looking to lead GTM finance, sales compensation, and operational strategy where I can align incentive design, planning, governance, automation, and analytics to improve growth, compliance, and ROI.

I've led GTM Finance, sales compensation, and operational strategy at Veeam, Sophos, Gen Digital, and Juniper Networks, supporting global SaaS and enterprise sales organizations with revenue portfolios up to $4B. I build financial models, planning frameworks, board materials, and compensation analytics that connect incentive spend to business outcomes.

At Gen Digital, I led a 42-member global team and directed incentive-plan design and governance for 375+ sellers across direct, partner, consumer, and marketing channels. I've also designed sales incentive strategies for organizations of 2,000+ field sellers, partnering with Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations to automate processes, strengthen compliance, resolve disputes, and align compensation with GTM priorities.
