At Openforce, I own the GTM P&L across sales, marketing, and customer success. I rebuilt it from the general ledger up, tying 5,375 coded lines to $0 and scripting a refresh that cut a week-long monthly process to a couple of hours.
I led a repricing of the customer base, using AI to classify about 225 contracts in a month and identify underpriced accounts. I built the pricing model customer success used to move legacy accounts onto contracts that scale with usage.
As CFO at Openforce, I owned the annual operating budget and revenue recognition, and presented quarterly to the board. I also introduced capacity-based planning and monthly reforecasts; net revenue landed within 6% of budget.
Previously, I was Vice President, Finance at Forterra, where I helped raise $75M of equity and $20M of debt. Before that, at DC Advisory, I advised B2B SaaS companies on M&A and capital raises, building operating models and unit economics. I hold an MBA from The Wharton School and degrees in Telecommunications and Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park.
