I support opportunity management in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, quote initiation, contractual proposals, pricing, financing, negotiations, contract registration, and procurement workflows through SAP Ariba. I also maintain revenue trackers and Power BI reports that give management real-time visibility into revenue and contract performance.

Previously at Mainstream Pvt. Ltd., I managed client account trackers, billing reconciliation, invoice-to-payment workflows, renewals, and at-risk accounts. I focus on accurate revenue recognition, efficient collections, and reliable commercial operations.
