What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a finance or contract operations role where I can improve contract and billing data quality, manage end-to-end O2C workflows, solve process issues, and partner across finance, legal, billing, and business teams.

At Labcorp, I review legal contracts against PeopleSoft customer profiles and set up accurate contracts, bill plans, advances, paybacks, and bottom-line discounts.

I've resolved roughly 300 PeopleSoft contract-creation and activation tickets, investigating root causes and correcting customer records to restore billing data flow.

Previously at Wipro, I was the final finance reviewer and approver for a $500M deal, partnering with delivery, business finance, and legal teams to ensure compliant execution.

I also managed end-to-end O2C and accounts receivable operations, including agreement onboarding, invoicing, renewals, collections, close support, audit compliance, and process improvements. I consistently maintained a 0.8-day turnaround time against a two-day SLA and was recognised as a Top Performer for two consecutive quarters.
