What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead Order-to-Cash, collections, deductions, or dispute operations where I can improve recovery, reduce DSO, strengthen KPI/SLA governance, and apply AI and workflow automation to simplify high-volume processes.

I lead Order-to-Cash collections, deductions, and dispute operations at Genpact, managing a 22-FTE team supporting EMEA and NAM. I own deduction validation, credits, debits, offsets, KPI/SLA delivery, and escalations for complex disputes.

I’ve led two process transitions—from Budapest to GBC and MBC to GBC—with zero business disruption. Across portfolios up to $12M, I’ve reduced delinquent accounts by 50%, improved DSO performance, and built SOPs, learning paths, reporting frameworks, and cross-training programs.

I’m also applying AI and workflow automation to collections and claims operations, including AI voice calling, claims workflows, chat agents, statement runs, and reporting automation. I focus on creating practical process improvements that improve recovery, reduce manual work, and give teams clearer operational visibility.
