I’m a detail-oriented dispute management professional with 9+ years of experience supporting order-to-cash workflows, credit operations, and financial dispute resolution across leading organizations. As a Subject Matter Expert – Dispute Management at Accenture, I manage end-to-end dispute cases across multiple European markets, process debit/credit memos, analyze legal documents/contracts for risks, and ensure SLA compliance by closing disputes within timelines. I also streamline stakeholder communication to improve dispute resolution turnaround time and support quote-to-invoice activities, including order processing, invoice management, and customer support.
