I am a patient-focused healthcare coordinator with hands-on experience managing physical therapy clinics and supporting multiple sites remotely. I consistently use EMR systems and Microsoft Office to produce daily and weekly reports that drive clinic performance.

In prior roles I managed clinic operations, assisted patients with scheduling, billing, and insurance questions, and stepped in to complete tasks when staff workflows lagged. I also have frontline retail leadership experience as a shift manager, responsible for cash handling, staffing, and customer service.

My approach emphasizes clear communication, organization, and timely problem-solving; I meet virtually or in person to support clinics needing improvement and escalate issues to leadership when required. I prioritize creating welcoming, organized environments for patients and staff.

I hold BLS and CPR certifications and maintain a driver’s license. I am fluent in English and Turkish, have intermediate German, and basic Korean conversational skills.
