I’m a motivated IT Support fresher with a strong interest in computer hardware, Technical Support software troubleshooting, networking, and customer support. I’m a quick learner with good communication skills and a willingness to learn new technologies, and I’m ready to contribute to organizational growth.

In my work as an Internet & Email Support and Computer Operator, I supported day-to-day systems by handling installation and troubleshooting for hardware and software. I performed tasks like printing and scanning, responding to data inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and creating reports when needed.

I’ve also worked on core support activities such as observing computer systems, identifying issues, and resolving hardware, software, and network problems. I’ve done installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and software (including updates and upgrades), along with printer installation and configuration, and basic remote support.

Most importantly, I bring a customer-first mindset. As a Customer Care Executive, I handled inbound/outbound calls, emails, and messages to resolve concerns professionally, follow up effectively, and help gather feedback for service improvements.
