At ThoughtSol Infotech Pvt. Ltd., deployed at REC Limited, I provide desktop and technical support to users. I set up Windows systems and install and configure software.

I also support hardware and software issues, including printers and drivers, and assist with basic network and connectivity problems. For remote support, I use AnyDesk.

During my internship at Emertxe Information Technologies, I studied the Internet of Things. I also attended a one-day industrial visit at Network Bulls Technology, where I learned networking basics.

I'm pursuing a Diploma in Computer Science Engineering at KASTURBA INSTITUTE Of TECHNOLOGY. My technical skills include Python, C, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Flask, computer networking, hardware, troubleshooting, and MS Office.
