At Weekday, I coordinate interview processes across live searches, candidates, panels, and time zones. I’ve coordinated 355 offer processes to signature and supported 240+ candidates through onboarding.
I built a coordination stack with a branded job board, applicant backend, resume ingestion, role matching, and templated outreach. I also use LLM tooling for screening, parsing, matching, and outreach, checking outputs before candidates see them.
I built candidate-intelligence and pipeline-tracking systems in Airtable, and I handle escalations directly with clients. My work has also included designing client screening frameworks, drafting and redlining agreements, and reconciling invoices.
