I’m a Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Coordination professional with experience supporting technical and non-technical hiring across junior to senior levels and global markets, including the US, APAC, and EMEA. At Speechify, I supported hiring for AI, Applied Science, iOS, Android, frontend, backend, and platform engineering roles, while managing interview scheduling, candidate communication, stakeholder coordination, and ATS updates using Greenhouse.

My strengths include candidate sourcing, interview coordination across time zones, pipeline management, follow-ups, and maintaining a positive candidate experience. I’ve supported approximately 150–180 interviews per week across global teams and used AI-enabled tools to streamline recruitment workflows and improve efficiency.
