I'm seeking remote, US-based HR opportunities where I can manage employee lifecycle operations, payroll, benefits, compliance documentation, and organized HR processes.

I'm currently managing end-to-end HR operations for remote employees through Upwork, supporting US-based organizations with onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance documentation.

I process payroll and administer PTO, sick leave, and 401(k) enrollment while maintaining accurate, audit-ready employee records. I also handle I-9 verification, W-4 collection, and 1099 documentation for contractors.

I build practical onboarding materials, including employee handbooks, arbitration agreements, workplace policies, and procedures. I coordinate offer letters, policy acknowledgments, and compliance forms through Adobe Sign and DocuSign.

Previously, I spent more than four years at Broad Vision Communication providing HR and administrative support to senior executives, coordinating communications, maintaining employee records, and serving as a liaison between management and employees.
