I seek a challenging HR role in a progressive organization where I can drive recruitment, improve employee relations, manage payroll and talent programs, and grow my HR systems and leadership skills while contributing to organizational success.

I am a dedicated HR professional with over four years of experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. I am recognized for strong communication, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

I have managed end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, prepared and analyzed monthly HR reports, and overseen disciplinary processes including official warnings, suspensions, and terminations. I have hands-on experience with attendance and payroll management, NADRA verifications, and biometric attendance systems.

I have supported training and development initiatives, coordinated rewards and contract renewals, organized employee activities, and assisted with data extraction and HR reporting. My background also includes administration responsibilities such as vendor and maintenance coordination and staff supervision.
