Took the Speedia app from inception to public launch in 4 months, owning product scope, team build-out, and delivery. Built and led the technology team end to end, including hiring, sprint execution, and roadmap planning.

Led design and delivery of an in-house Order Management System (OMS) that cut order-processing time by 70%+ and digitized manufacturing workflows. Led implementation of an omni-channel POS platform, scaling from 6 to 30+ stores.

Grew revenue from zero to INR 70 lakh per year and built a base of ~60 recurring B2B clients. Reduced manufacturing defect rate from 30-40% to under 3% by hiring skilled operators and introducing quality checks.

Set up and designed QA automation frameworks (Selenium & Appium) that improved test coverage and release readiness. Translated business requirements into quality strategies and managed production support and root cause analysis.

Owned end-to-end QA for a custom e-commerce platform, introduced Appium mobile testing and production health monitoring, and led validation of ERP and third-party integrations. Established Agile sprint workflows and Selenium/TestNG automation from scratch.

Led QA for the '30-30-30' flash sale, validating the platform under high concurrency, which generated ~INR 3 crore in sales in 30 minutes. Ran functional, regression, and release testing for key launches including Marketplace and Shop the Look.
